Valentines & Galantines Cocktails

Some Gorgeous cocktails to enjoy with those you love!

Candy Floss Fizz

This cocktail is sweet and fun! 

So start with a fab glass. These heart ones are the Valeria Flute from Anthropology, I have linked them here, but they will definitely be seasonal stock. 

Pop a good squeeze of raspberry sauce in the bottom of the glass, the kind we all have at the back of the cupboard for ice cream with sprinkles and sauce! Strawberry would also work well!

Then fill the glass with Rosé Prosecco, one of my favs is Freixenet Italian Sparkling Rose.

Spin some candy floss out of the prepped candy floss jar and top the glass. 

Finish with a gorgeous straw and, if you fancy, some heart sprinkles for an extra special touch.

Berry Cherry Kiss

The perfect dessert cocktail for Valentines!

Add the below to a cocktail shaker

100ml Advocaat

25ml Chambord

A dash of juice from a jar of Maraschino cherries.

Shake and pour into a large glass.

Top up with lemonade and stir well.

I finished it with a raspberry lemonade ice cube I made earlier and two maraschino cherries.
