200g of houmous of your choice (I love caramelised onion houmous with this recipe).
100g feta cheese crumbled
Handful of rocket
Handful of coriander
Harissa Paste
Za’atar seasoning optioning but it does give it a extra something, you could also use dried chilli flakes.
Salt & Pepper to taste
